Returns and Exchanges
In order to exchange or return your item, please mail it back to us and include exchange instructions/order number with the return. We do not offer exchanges on out of stock items, if the item is out of stock, then we will refund the item returned.
We only accept items in their original, new condition. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on any form of hats due to hygienic reasons. Returns on other products are accepted. We have no control over custom fees and they vary from country to country. Customers are responsible for paying all custom fees.
Shipping and Handling Times
90% of all orders are shipped out within 1-2 business days! Priority Orders are always shipped before the standard orders. We do not ship orders over the weekend. Any orders placed on the weekends or the holidays will be shipped on the following business day.
